Schedule and Process

The NSIPP launched on September 12, 2009 with a Green Your Home Expo in Ward 3, held at the UDC campus. The expo featured more than 30 green exhibitors and District government agencies, two panel discussions, and a press conference with DC officials. An initial base of support for NSIPP was established at the expo, and participation will continue to grow through participatory meetings that will commence in fall 2009 and last through early 2010.
